BLAKE THOMASON
CONstruction OPERATIONS MANAGER

Blake Thomason serves as Construction Operations Manager for James Lane Mechanical, where he oversees the company’s mechanical contracting divisions, including HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal. In this role, Blake is responsible for keeping projects on schedule and within budget, coordinating across teams, and ensuring clients receive the high-quality service they expect from James Lane Mechanical. He also works closely with field and office personnel to support operational efficiency and successful project delivery.

With over six years of experience in the HVAC/Mechanical industry, Blake has held multiple roles within James Lane Mechanical, including Project Administrator and Project Manager, before advancing into his current position. 

Prior to joining James Lane Mechanical, Blake worked as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments. That experience continues to influence his approach to planning, analysis, and decision-making, bringing a strong financial and strategic perspective to his operational leadership role.

Blake earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas.
