ERICA WEST
VICE President OF SeRVICE OPERATIONS

Erica West serves as Vice President of Service Operations at James Lane Mechanical, A Fidelity Company, where she leads the company’s HVAC/Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection departments across both commercial and residential operations. In this role, Erica is responsible for day-to-day operations, marketing and growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, while supporting field teams in delivering consistent, high-quality service to customers. 

With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Erica has been a dedicated member of the James Lane Mechanical team since 1999. Over the course of her career, she has held several key leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of Administration. In that role, Erica oversaw payroll, accounting, human resources, and the administrative team, while also helping to enhance internal processes and support company growth. Earlier in her career, Erica served as a Program Coordinator, where she played a key role in developing training programs and advancing the company’s administrative technologies to improve overall service delivery.

Erica is actively involved in her community and is a member of the Southwest Rotary Club of Wichita Falls. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Midwestern State University.
