Ronald "Jody" Stonecipher serves as President of James Lane Mechanical, where he leads the company's strategic vision and oversees all aspects of business operations. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing profitability, accelerating value creation, strengthening customer relationships, and fostering a culture grounded in accountability and operational excellence.

Jody brings more than 30 years of industry leadership experience spanning HVAC / Mechanical, industrial manufacturing, and sales organizations. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, developed strategic growth initiatives, and delivered sustainable business results across North America.

Prior to joining James Lane Mechanical, Jody served as Vice President of Sales for Lu-Ve US, Inc., where he drove sales growth through key vertical markets and strategic customer engagement. Previously, he served as President and Executive Vice President of Kelvion, Inc., where he held full profit-and-loss responsibility for North American operations. In that role, he successfully expanded revenue, improved organizational performance, and implemented strategic initiatives that strengthened market position and long-term growth.

Jody earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is recognized for his servant leadership philosophy, strategic vision, and commitment to developing people and organizations for long-term success.
