James Lane Mechanical Announces Ronald “Jody” Stonecipher as President
HUNT VALLEY, MD (June xx, 2026) – James Lane Mechanical, A Fidelity Company and a trusted provider of state-of-the-art HVAC/Mechanical services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronald “Jody” Stonecipher as President.
Jody brings more than 30 years of leadership experience within the HVAC / Mechanical and industrial manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through growth initiatives, operational improvements, and strategic transformations while maintaining a commitment to team development.
As President of James Lane Mechanical, Jody will lead the company’s strategic vision and oversee all aspects of business operations. His focus will include growing revenue, driving profitability, accelerating value creation, strengthening customer relationships, and cultivating a culture rooted in servant leadership and operational excellence.
Most recently, Jody served as Vice President of Sales for Lu-Ve US, Inc., where he led sales efforts across key vertical markets and helped drive business growth. Prior to that, he served as President and Executive Vice President of Kelvion, Inc., where he held full profit-and-loss responsibility for North American operations. During his tenure, he successfully expanded market presence, improved organizational performance, and fostered a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
